We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. Free Shipping in US!!
Shipping is free for all the qualified items to any address in the US! There is a minimum purchase to qualify for this offer and the price you see posted is the price you will pay for any items.
Shipping Time :
We make every attempt to ship orders placed by 2:00PM the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday,and some holidays except by prior arrangement.
After your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number (UPS) or your delivery confirmation number (USPS), as well as a link to the respective site to see where in transit your package is. Please be sure to add info@OMSutra.com to any spam blocking software to ensure that all communications from us are received in a timely manner. At OMSutra.com, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. You may return items in it's Original packing within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on anything you are not completely satisfied with, minus a 10% restocking fee.Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on any items that are shipped outside of the United States.
After 30 days, a credit in the form of a Gift Certificate will be issued for the full amount of the item(s), minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges, however, are not refundable, and all items are subject to inspection/approval prior to credit.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase,but it must be reported to us within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Before returning any item to us for a refund or exchange you must contact us to obtain a RMA number. We can be contacted via email at info@OMSutra.com. A copy of the invoice must accompany the returned item(s) and the RMA number must be clearly marked on the box.
Once we have received and processed the returned item(s), we will notify you via email of your refund. In most cases, we will issue a refund in the same form of payment used for your original order.
